Vel. 5&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Poner la mariposa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Añadir hasta cubrir las cuchillas de vino blanco y la pastilla de caldo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Poner el varoma&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;En el segundo piso poner las rodajas de merluza.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Programar, 15 min. Tª Varoma Giro a la izquierda Vel. Cuchara&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cuando acabe, parar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Poner en el primer piso del Varoma, las almejas y los langostinos. Programar, 1 min. 37º Vel.1&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Agregar la levadura y mezcle 10 seg. Vel. 4&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Añadir la harina y la sal. Programar, 30 seg. Pero tiene muy buena pinta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Queso Semi-curado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aceite de oliva virgen extra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cortar el queso en dados&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ponerlos en un bote con tapa hermética&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cubrirlo bien de aceite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Asegurarse que no quedan burbujas y que el queso esté cubierto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;... listo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Notas:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hay que guardarlo 20 días en un lugar oscuro y seco. Yo lo pongo en el fondo de un armario de la cocina. Programar 4 seg. Programar 2 min. 37º Vel. 2&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Añadimos la harina y la sal. Programar 10 seg. Vel. 6&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Luego 2 min. Vel. Espiga&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mientras está amasando podemos mirar por el bocal, la masa se tiene que despegar de las paredes del vaso. MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_2-u0IEQ878o/Rs22D3gvuqI/AAAAAAAAAA8/0kB_2PnmlT0/s320/P5180008.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Jamoncitos de pollo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sobre de crema de champiñon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;250gr de champiñones laminados&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;250ml de nata para cocinar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cebolla pequeña&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Limón&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mantequilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Vino blanco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aceite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Agua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Se doran los jamoncitos en el aceite y se reservan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Se disuelve el sobre de la crema de champiñones con el vino en un cuenco.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Se pica la cebolla y se dora.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Añadir a la cebolla la crema de champiñones y los jamoncitos.
